My Approach

I take a holistic approach to pregnancy, birth, and postpartum time as a Doula using various techniques like AromaTouch and traditional Moroccan Postpartum practices. I believe in supporting not only new mothers but also those that will care for her at home, and those she will be caring for as well. In regards to the new mother "We must:

Welcome Her

Honor Her

Nourish Her

Nurture Her

Close Her

Celebrate Her
